EBCRP is a nonprofit that provides substance abuse, mental health and other related services to the underserved in the East Bay area of California. However, their administrative costs were rising, their aging infrastructure was unable to efficiently utilize resources and they were hampered by outdated technology. These issues left them unable to procure funding for the staffing, equipment and real estate needed to further their mission.
